The recent surge in cases seen last week at Kinnelon High School seems to be just the beginning, as a new COVID-19 case has appeared within KHS. In a letter sent out on Oct. 19 by Superintendent DiGiuseppe, the school confirms that “another individual … has tested positive” for COVID-19. Due to this, the district and the KHS administration decided to close the high school for all in-person learning starting tomorrow, Oct. 20, and reopen the schools on Nov. 9. In the meantime, all other schools in the district will remain open and follow the hybrid schedule.
