A new local business, Spruce My Stoop, has begun dedicating its time to revamping homes with various services just in time for the holiday season.
The creative team consists of three Kinnelon moms: Becca Ferrera, Noelle Olsen, and Christy Juliano. These talented women came together with a shared passion for beautifying homes and brightening neighborhoods. These gifted women are passionate about helping families celebrate the magic of Christmas right at their front doors. They specialize in seasonal door decorating services that truly bring the spirit of Christmas to life. From festive wreath decorations with ornaments to beautiful holiday-themed displays, they transform entrances into welcoming showcases of holiday cheer.
This idea sparked two years ago when the three ladies decorated their houses and decided to create a business. Instead of just decorating their own homes, they thought it was time to share their talent with the community. With their diverse talents, the business was brought together.
In addition to decorating, they ensure that they focus on creating personalized and seasonal decorations based on each homeowner. In this process, the team arrives with a “look book” for the homeowners to browse through. This way, they can understand where to start on decoration planning. This book can range from classical seasonal decorations to something funky. Co-owner Olsen explains, “Getting a feel of what the homeowner’s vibe is helps us to craft the perfect display.”
After getting an idea of what the house is looking for, it’s time to go shopping. With the decor comes a price. Every house ranges in price depending on whether the owner supplies decorations and just needs the physical decorating done. If not, the team goes out and hand-picks decorations for each house, whether lights, wreaths, or bows. The house then varies on the decorations chosen.
For the past couple of months, the team has traveled around town, spreading their own creativity in different neighborhoods. “Our goal as a team is to make a lasting impression on all of our customers,” says Juliano. Offering an infinite selection of decorations, Spruce My Stoop ensures all customers are pleased.
“Spruce My Stoop completely uplifted the entrance to our home. I never thought the front entrance of my home had such potential. Every time I get home, I feel a sense of joy and comfort,” says sophomore Madison Gigante.
The owners of Spruce My Stoop made it their goal to add a charm of magic to the comfort of their community. The company’s vision is to create pleasing aesthetics and a welcoming environment aligning with the homeowner’s unique style.
