In late October, Bryant Park’s Winter Village returned. Set in New York City, this holiday market is open from 11.00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. This event ignites the festive spirit for the winter season through its unique qualities. One quality is its numerous holiday shops, each featuring special items for shoppers to indulge in. Over 180 of these small kiosks line the park and offer great holiday gifts for shoppers.

After shopping, visitors can go to one of the many food vendors in the Winter Village. They can visit the Doughnuttery kiosk that cooks light and fluffy donuts right in front of customers or purchase sandwiches with baked cheese from the Baked Cheese Haus kiosk.

Not only does this event provide a perfect hub for quality gifts for shoppers to purchase, but it also includes festive activities. Visitors can skate on the ice rink added to the park by reserving tickets free of charge! The rink also offers skate rentals for $18 to $55 and skate lessons for $35 for all new skaters. If skaters wish for a more exclusive experience, they can upgrade to Premium Skate, which includes access to the Polar Lounge adjacent to the rink.

In addition to ice skating, the Bryant Park Winter Village offers cozy igloos for guests to relax in. Sessions must be reserved in advance for these festive, heated domes. Guests can purchase a large package for five to eight guests and a small package for one to four guests. The small package includes one choice of shared beverage and food, and the large package includes two choices of shared beverages and food. These transparent igloos provide guests with a spectacular view of the ice rink as they enjoy their food and drinks.
