Good things are already coming with the new year; but Marvel has blessed the world, yet again, with a new string of Marvel movies to be released within the year! Marvel is about 83 years old, yet new movies and tv shows keep coming out every year to help feed the world’s addiction.

There are many new Marvel movies coming out over the next year, but here are the plots of just a few to release some serotonin as we await these thrilling films.

1. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness

This new Doctor Strange movie is guaranteed to get your blood pumping. A threat that might be too big for Dr. Stephen Strange and his team emerges after casting a forbidden spell that opens a portal to the multiverse. Will he be able to hold his title of “protector against magical and mystical threats”? This movie’s expected release date is May 6.

2. Morbius

Michael Morbius, a biochemist, attempts to cure himself of a rare blood disease, but accidentally infects himself with a form of vampire infection instead. How will he proceed? How will this affect him and the people around him? Find out by watching Morbius, released on April 1.

3. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be primarily based around the idea of finding Rocket, the Racoon’s origins, and revealing why he has become such a prominent character in the movies. It is seen in the after credits of the second movie that Adam Warlock will be seen in the third movie and will play a very important role in “destroying” the Guardians of the Galaxy, as instructed by the High Priestess, Ayesha. Make sure to watch Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 if you have not already, as much of the third movie will be based around it.

4. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever

Although there is not much information on the new film yet, it can be assumed that it will be an emotional rollercoaster, due to the devastating death of Chadwick Boseman. In the end, it will be exciting to see how Marvel crafts this second movie and celebrates his life within the film. Marvel fans, get ready for a journey and a half, as this movie will be released on Nov. 11.

5. Thor: Love and Thunder

Similar to Black Panther 2, there is not a lot of information about the plot, yet, but excitingly enough, Natalie Portman, aka, Jane Foster, will take on a similar role as Thor and will actually obtain her own iconic hammer like Thor. As seen at the conclusion of Endgame, Thor has joined the Guardians of the Galaxy and they will play very important parts in this film. More information on this movie will be released by the end of February. The release date for this movie is July 8.
