My name is Kristina Haviland and I have been a staff writer, features section editor, and now the editor-in-chief of the Colt Chronicle. Since journalism one and joining the club my freshman year, I have found journalism to have a deep place in my heart; my passion is rooted in the art of voicing people's hopes, opinions, thoughts, identities, statements, and much more, especially when they are unable to do so themselves. Through my career, I hope to share factually accurate stories, and with that, allow people to be inspired and create their own belief on how they choose to see the world. As a senior, I want to give this publication my all and leave it even better than I found it. :)
